The MAE148 mandolin offers more acoustic volume and cutting power than expensive flatback models. This 8-string mandolin has a 13-7/8” scale length, a spruce top with custom Mando-Quintad bracing designed to enhance punch and projection, and a satin-finished nato neck. The instrument’s upper-bout soundholes are decorated with exotic hardwoods.
