Handcrafted in Ovation’s flagship workshop in New Hartford, Connecticut, the Legend 12-string features a hand-selected, deluxe AA solid-spruce top with LX scalloped bracing. The classic Mid-Depth composite body delivers balanced acoustic tone and is comfortable to hold and play. A cutaway offers full access to the gloss-finished, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck, and the traditional center soundhole is inlaid with an oak-leaf rosette and adorned with mother-of-pearl. With its onboard compressor, the OP-Pro Studio preamp enhances strummed chords, fingerpicked arpeggios, and single-note solos.
Mid Depth Bowl
The Mid-Depth bowl blends elements of Ovation’s Super-Shallow and Deep Bowl designs. Acoustically, the Mid-Depth bowl delivers impressive projection and rich tone, yet even smaller guitarists find it comfortable to hold and play.
