This Glen Campbell 1627LTD is an exclusive production model, specifically designed to help celebrate Glen’s 50th year in show business and his final studio CD. Each of the 50 production guitars will be consecutively numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity and a signed copy of Glen’s latest release “Ghost on the Canvas”.
Ovation Adirondack Limited Edition
The Ovation 1617ALE is a limited production model with only 50 guitars produced in the fall of 2011. Its unique feature set, never offered before, includes a hand-selected Adirondack Spruce top, deep cutaway body made from Original Lyrachord, and the new “Low Profile” pickup with increased note-to-note clarity. The guitars are sequentially numbered and come accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

Ovation’s new 1627VL features a shallow “Vintage Lyrachord” body made from the same interwoven glass and hybrid resin materials used on early Ovations from the 60’s and 70’s. The shallow body is designed to provide plenty of cut to overcome other instruments in the mix. You get a little less bass, a strong mid-range, and bright high-end which helps every note stand out in an arrangement.
Standard Balladeer VL
Ovation harps back to its roots with the 1771VL Standard Balladeer. At the heart of this retro-style guitar is Ovation’s “Vintage Lyrachord” Roundback, made from the same materials used on early Ovations from the 60’s and 70’s. Interwoven layers of glass filaments are bound together by hybrid resins to create a lightweight and sonically resonate body that enhances Ovation’s signature note-to-note balance and projection.
