The Ovation WorkBench can do sophisticated and complex repair work… or just give your guitar the best set-up you’ve ever had. The moment you play your WorkBench-tuned guitar, you’ll know how specialized these techs and luthiers are. You don’t need to be a pro to appreciate what they can do… but if you are, you’ll love it even more. So for your next fret job, pickup refresh or major structural repair, send your guitar to the Ovation WorkBench.
Every Ovation that comes in is handled by a highly-skilled luthier, with years of experience working on Ovation guitars. And this isn’t some big factory endeavor. Our shop includes five luthiers and technicians with a combined 100+ years of Ovation-specific experience.

From Touch-Ups and Repairs to Complete Restorations
No matter what the condition of your Ovation, we’ve got the tools and the expertise to bring your guitar back to life… better than ever. Whether it’s your first scratch or ding… or you’ve accidently put a foot through your soundboard, we’ll do our best to put it back in shape. Because we know these instruments inside and out, we can resolve most structural, construction and electronic problems.

Either way, the Ovation WorkBench is prepared to solve any problems with your instrument. Our skilled luthiers relish the opportunity to really make your instrument shine, both figuratively and literally.

Ovation Quality Parts for Ovation Guitars
There is no better place to find the correct parts for your Ovation guitar, than the Ovation WorkBench. We use ONLY genuine Ovation and authorized OEM parts and we know precisely how they should be used on our instruments. If you need work done, let us do it for you. You can ship your guitar to our shop and we’ll inspect, review and do any repairs or set-up that you request. We’ll also alert you to other options or concerns, with a quote, letting you decide if you’d like additional work done. Then the guitar is shipped back to you, carefully packaged and ready to go.

All “Ovation WorkBench” services must be approved, with cost quotations, by our Ovation Service Center prior to any guitars being sent to the shop. In the event that additional services may be advised or required, a representative will contact you with detailed information and cost quotes if required.
You are responsible for shipping the guitar both “to” and “from” the Ovation WorkBench shipping center in New Hartford, CT, USA. Arrangements for Return Authorization and shipping details must be pre-arranged through our Customer Service Center via email@example.com.
