When CMT invited Joe Walsh to host the popular ‘CMT Crossroads’ series, they had to have known he would somehow suit to fit. He did. Instead of the show’s usual pairing of a single country artist with a single rock or pop artist, Joe decided his should be more of a party. Among those who showed up to perform with Walsh were Brad Paisley, Billy Gibbons, Hunter Hayes, Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, and Sara Evans. Joe and Sara chose to perform the Eagles classic, ‘Best of my Love’ and Joe turned to his Ovation 6751-LX twelve string to carry the lush acoustic heart of the song.
