Due to popular demand, Ovation will incorporate its contour body style option onto all Ovation USA guitars. Noted as one of the most radical and innovative design options ever to be offered on an Ovation guitar, the contour body made its debut on the 2005 Collectors’ Edition and reappeared shortly after as part of the LX Upgrade package. Made from lightweight composite, the Contour’s lightweight Lyracord GS body produces maximum acoustic response, with the feel of a smaller body instrument.

The Contour body will be available on all USA-made Ovations including its popular Standard Balladeer, Elite T and Standard Elite series at no extra retail uplift.
