Singapore, 25 June 2007 – Ovation Guitars, the pioneer and leader of American acoustic electric guitars is proud to welcome Shirlyn Tan to its family of artistes.
Shirlyn will be one of the few South-East Asian artistes to earn an endorsement deal from Ovation Guitars.

The C2079LX from the Custom Legend Contour LX Series was selected with customization of Shirlyn’s name on the guitar by Ovation which best reflects Shirlyn’s brute tone and playing style.

A seasoned stage performer for the past 10 years, Shirlyn is currently the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for The UnXpected band who performs regularly at various high profile pubs in Singapore.

Shirlyn who writes and performs her own music, also launched her first solo debut album Newfound Jealousy in April 2007.
