This Limited Edition Panda Guitar is part of a short production run to celebrate the Olympic spirit and the universal language of peace: music. The guitar will be used during the televised ceremonies for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China.

The hand painted design combines the tonal suggestion of the blue sky that the world shares together with the iconic panda, a symbol that speaks to the geographic and cultural dinstinctiveness of China.

Chang Kuan (left) is one of the most sucessful recording artists in China and is serving in the distinguished role of Music Producer for the Beijing Olympic games. Chang’s input was an integral part of the design work for this guitar.
